You belong in every room you walk into.
Girls Who Get It (GWGI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves girls ages 12-17 across New Jersey through mentorship, hands-on workshops, community engagement, and more!
More Than a Program
We’re creating space for girls to discover who they are, build confidence, develop real-world skills, and expand what they believe is possible for their lives.
Through enriching experiences, honest conversations, hands-on workshops, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement, GWGI gives girls access to experiences and connections that help them see themselves-and their futures- differently.
SHE DESERVES TO KNOW WHAT’S POSSIBLE.
Many girls grow up without consistent access to the experiences, connections, and resources that can help them envision a bigger future and build their self confidence.
GWGI exists to change that.
We create spaces where girls can ask questions, try something new, meet people who look like them and have walked different paths, and begin to see possibilities they may not have considered before.
